We went on the funnest trip. Justin had two meetings scheduled and so we decided to tag along and make it a family summer vacation. We went to Idaho Falls to see Justin's parents and we played at Rigby lake with the cousins. I saw my cousin Holly there. That was fun. lots of wind.
Then we drove to beautiful Star Valley and stayed in a cabin-looking condo in Afton Wyoming. It was so pretty. That is the town Rulon Gardner the Olympic wrestler is from. Everyone there has a lot of Rulon pride. We had Ice Cream cones in a barn restaurant.
We camped at Colter Bay on Jackson lake.(I love to camp now that I can sleep with my bear spray) no joke. We were just below Yellowstone Park and at the base of the Grand Tetons. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs. It was a true blast.
The next morning we ferried over to the Tetons and hiked up to a waterfall. five minutes into our hike Porter announced that he had pooped his pants:) We had our share of that kind of stuff the hole trip. All in all though we overlooked the fighting and crying in the backseat and a misplaced child that scared me to death and peed sleeping bags... and it was great. Nature is magnificent! You can't be in this area and not thank our Heavenly Father for his wonders he has placed here for us to enjoy.

Oh my! That is the cutest picture!... and so fitting for your boys! Sounds like your trip was fun and full of adventure. What an awesome vacation. We are so excited to see you guys this week. Can't wait.
Oh, and how fun that you went to Rigby Lake! Whenever I think of it, I think of the smell of innertubes and sunscreen and aunt Shelly! (Oh, and of Shay in her rollerblades biting the dust! Sorry Sha, if you read this...I don't even know if that is where we were, but that's what the memory of Rigby Lake brings up!)

So fun. The picture is going to be my new screen saver, seriously! You're the best looking saloon gal with braces I've ever seen! And tell the boys they look dangerous! Lis, when I think of Rigby lake I have memories of a little island, innertubes, and a parking lot. Hmm.
You were just a couple miles away from my house. Wish I would have known you were there, Me and Keylee would have came over and said hi. And then we were also in Star Valley camping, to think we were so close several times and never saw each other.
We also went to a beautiful waterfall in Jackson, its up the hoback, called Granite Falls. You should go check that out sometime, it was beautiful.
And lisa, I don't recall biting the dust on my rollerblades, so I must have put that out of my mind thank Goodness.
