We are due May 8th.
We are scheduled to be induced May 2nd.
I am so excited to hold my new little one.
Everything I can plan for is ready and waiting.
Now I am just keeping up the house the kids, and taking care of myself.
Waiting, waiting, waiting.
Pictures of Colter, Porter, and Brody. They look so similar!
We got to go backstage at the Polynesian Cultural Center and see how the show works behind the scenes. The boys were fascinated by the fire dancers skill. We had pinapple ice cream at the Dole plantation, plenty of pool and beach time and lots of yummy food. We discovered Eggs and Things in Honolulu this trip. Yummy 5 piled high pancakes with coconut or papaya syrup. We also ate at Nicco's from Diners Drive-ins and Dives... so good. fish right from the docks that morning. The boys loved playing with the crabs on the docks.

Fun way to see what your kids approx. height will be...... www.kaboose.com and click on Height Predictor in the left "Most Popular" column.
I think it is pretty accurate... When my boys turned 2 yrs. old I measured their height and multiplied it by 2. This Kaboose calculator came up with the same number.
Although you can try to defy predictions by: when they hit about 13yrs 1. drink a gallon of milk every day 2. go to bed at the same time every night sleep in a totally darkened room (get deep sleep) wake up at the same time every morning 3. work out at the same time every day 4. eat well
I read a book long ago: the author and his friend did this routine during high school He wanted to be over 6ft. but no family was...and he grew 5 inches taller than all his brothers and was over 6ft.
New baby, sick kids, kidney stone,2 yr. old broke his arm,and hubby in Japan for a week! All of that was in the first 2 weeks after Colter arrived. Don't want to do it again but I love where we are now. Glad for summer to come too.
